Am prezentat zilele trecute un program “destept”, numai bun zic eu pentru cei care folosesc ca si client de  e-mail Gmail. Schimb macazul de data aceasta si va prezint un mic truc pentru a pozitiona icon-ul Windows Live Messenger in System Tray cum era in precedent(Windows XP si Windows Vista), asta in caz ca va deranjeaza sa vedeti acest program impreuna cu celelalte aplicatii deschise in taskbar – tinand cont ca Windows Live Messenger este o aplicatie folosita aproape non-stop.

Iata deci ce trebuie facut pentru a transfera icon-ul Windows Live Messenger din taskbar in System Tray:

1. Deschideti folderul Messenger dupa care dati click dreapta pe msnmsdgr.exe

C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger

2. Dupa ce ati dat click dreapta de msnmsdgr.exe dati click pe tab-ul Compatibility si setati Run this program in compatibility mode for : si alegeti Windows Vista.

Practic ceea ce trebuie facut este sa rulati WLM in compatibilitate cu Windows Vista !

3. Dati click pe Apply dupa care pe Ok.

Asta e tot. Acum puteti deschide linistiti Windows Live Messenger, iconul acestuia va putea fi observat direct in System Tray si nu in taskbar.
